JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 13-07-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kudara P.S. Case No. 215 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Section 476 of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 20(B), 21, 22, 27 A of the N.D.P.S. Act.

Taking into consideration that petitioner is said to be owner of the vehicle from which in huge quantity contraband items of N.D.P.S. Act has been seized, I am not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner and accordingly, his prayer for anticipatory bail in connection with Kudara P.S.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23162 of 2015 (2) dt.13-07-2015 Case No. 215 of 2014 pending in the court of learned Sessions Judge, Kaimur at Bhabua stands rejected.
