Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379 of the Indian Penal Code and later on 392/411 of the Indian Penal Code was added.

Petitioner or anyone is not named in the FIR initially registered for offence under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code which was subsequently added with 392/411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Submission is that the petitioner is in custody since 14.01.2018. Investigation of the case is already complete. Nothing has been recovered from possession of the petitioner nor the petitioner was ever put on T.I. Parade

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34878 of 2018 (2) dt.19-06-2018 Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with G.R.P. Jamalpur Case No.101 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
