Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with S.C./S.T. P.S. Case No. 79 of 2013 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 354 of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 4, 6, 8, 10, 12 of POCSO Act and Section 3 (x) (xi) of S.C./S.T. (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.
Taking into consideration the nature of allegation as well as this aspect of the matter that case has been registered under the provisions of S.C./S.T. (Prevention of Atrocities) Act as well as serious offences of the Indian Penal Code and POCSO Act, in my view, this anticipatory bail petition is not maintainable and
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23167 of 2015 (2) dt.13-07-2015 accordingly, this anticipatory bail petition filed in connection with Jamui S.C./S.T. P.S. Case No. 79 of 2013 stands dismissed being not maintainable.
