The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, three accused persons are stated to have forcibly taken the motorcycle of the informant.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the F.I.R. was registered against unknown. The name of the petitioner transpired on the basis of the confessional statement of the petitioner made before police in one another case. Neither any incriminating article has been recovered from his possession nor has he been put on T.I. parade. The petitioner is in custody since 13.10.2020 and chargesheet has been submitted in the

Heard learned A.P.P. for the State.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the facts of the case, the petitioner being in custody for more than 1 year 2 months and chargesheet having been submitted in the case, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Roushanganj P.S. Case no.73 of 2020 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sherghati, Gaya.
