JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 28-07-2022 After some argument, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the learned court below for grant of succession certificate for the purposes of payment of death cum retiral due, pertaining to her husband late Farid Ahmad, who died in harness on 11.12.2018 while working as ward attendant, Rajendra Hospital, Patna. Liberty so sought is granted.

It is needless to state that as soon as the petitioner obtains a legally valid succession certificate and approaches the respondent authorities, the respondent authorities shall process the death cum retiral dues accordingly and pay the admitted

Patna High Court CWJC No.4619 of 2022(4) dt.28-07-2022 2/2 amount to the petitioner within a period of four weeks of receipt/ production of such a succession certificate. The writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.
