JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 11-05-2016 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 395, 397 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that the informant, his brother, and others were robbed while travelling in a train leading to registration of FIR against unknown. The name of petitioner sprang up in the confessional statement of co-accused Kamlesh Kumar and Ramesh Ram @ Veera.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that there is no recovery from the petitioner and only on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused the petitioner has been roped in this case.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20366 of 2016 (2) dt.11-05-2016 2/2 Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner in case the petitioner surrenders within six weeks from today in connection with Sasaram (Rail) P.S. case No. 97 of 2015 pending in the court of learned Railway Judicial Magistrate, Gaya.

This application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation/direction.
