The petitioner is in custody in connection with Excise Case No. 854 of 2018 for the offence under Section 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. He further submits that the petitioner has no concern either with the liquor or the Jawa Mahua. He submits that the petitioner has been arrested in the instant case only on the basis of suspicion on 19.05.2018. Considering the fact that the petitioner has remained in custody for approximately one and half months and he has no criminal antecedent, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of
