Case No. 54 of 2018, dated 16.02.2018, instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
Some persons are alleged to have opened fire at the informant and others, leading to injuries. The injuries suffered by the victims are stated to be simple in nature. That apart, it has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has not been named in the F.I.R. and
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40021 of 2018 (2) dt.10-07-2018 2/2 no specific accusation has been levelled against him. It has further been submitted that under similar circumstances, one of the co-accused/Kanhaiya Kumar has been granted bail by a Bench of this Court vide order dated 04.06.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 28395 of 2018. The petitioner is in custody since 07.03.2018. Considering the aforesaid facts, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail-bond in the sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Barauni P.S.
