20-05-2016 Heard Sri Ashok Kumar, learned counsel, who was assisted by Dr. Bidhu Ranjan, learned counsel for petitioners and Dr. Indiwar Kumari, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. Two petitioners, who are lady, apprehending their arrest in Dagaruwa P.S. Case No. 19 of 2015 registered for the offence under Sections 448, 341, 323, 307, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code, have prayed for grant of anticipatory bail. Learned counsel for petitioners, by way of referring to F.I.R., submits that there is no specific accusation against the petitioners.

Be that as it may, after hearing learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts & circumstances, in the event of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19717 of 2016 (2) dt.20-05-2016 2/2 arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let both the petitioners namely Sabri and Husnama @ Khusnama @ Khusnuma be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with Dagaruwa P.S. Case No. 19 of 2015 subject to condition as contemplated under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
