Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 467, 468, 471, 420, 406, 506/34 of the Indian Penal.
Submission is that the allegation is against the husband of the petitioner that he had taken money from the informant for managing job of the informant in a foreign country. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the F.I.R. was lodged after three years of the alleged occurrence. The petitioner is a female and is in custody since 18.05.2018.
Considering the fact of this case, let the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35385 of 2018 (2) dt.26-06-2018 2/2 petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completion of the investigation against the petitioner on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Pupri P.S. Case No.84 of 2018, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
