JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 07-07-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147,341,323,447,506 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 3(1)(ii)(x) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.
The prosecution case is that for a dispute with regard to flow of water through the door of the informant the accused persons abused and assaulted the informant.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the accusation has been found false and the final form has been submitted but differing with the final form cognizance has

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM Ist Class, Sikrahana at Motihari, East Champaran in connection with SC/ST P.S.
