This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Bidupur P.S. Case No.838 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under sections 8, 20(b)(ii)(c) & 29 of the N.D.P.S. Act and under sections 132, 121(1), 121(2), 333, 109, 56 and 3(5) of the B.N.S. 2023.

The recovery is of 4.62 grams of smack from the petitioner, who is in custody since 27.12.2024. 4.

Considering the period of custody of the petitioner, this bail application is allowed. 5.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16692 of 2025(2) dt.16-04-2025 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge, Vaishali at Hajipur / concerned Court below, in connection with Bidupur P.S. Case No.838 of 2024.

This is also subject to the condition that the petitioner shall mark her attendance at Bidupur Police Station, District- Vaishali at Hajipur on every Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the police station would result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner. 7.

After being released on bail, if the petitioner is found to be involved in any new case under the N.D.P.S. Act, her bail bonds shall automatically be cancelled by the Court below.
