The petitioner has filed the instant application for grant of regular bail in connection with Lakhisarai P.S. Case no. 47 of 2019 registered under sections 407 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per allegation in the F.I.R., the petitioner who was a khalasi of the truck and was left to look after the same, in conspiracy with the another driver, disappeared with the truck. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the allegation as levelled in the F.I.R. are false and concocted. In any case, the truck in question has been recovered. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since

The application for bail is opposed by learned A.P.P. for the State.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and in view of the fact that the truck in question has been recovered and the petitioner is in custody since 11.5.2019, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail in connection with Lakhisarai P.S. Case no. 47 of 2019 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Lakhisarai.
