JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 30-06-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners being parents of the husband of the victim are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 302 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that the sister of the informant and her two minor children were attempted to be killed by causing burn injury after four years of marriage. Subsequently, the victims succumbed to the burn injuries. It is alleged that since the husband of the victim is a retarded person hence in order to grab the property, the accused persons including the petitioners planned to eliminate the entire family.
Considering the nature of accusation, this court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners in connection
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25050 of 2015 (2) dt.30-06-2015 2/2 with Sahebganj P.S. Case No. 207 of 2014 pending in the court of learned SDJM, West Muzaffarpur.
This application is, accordingly, dismissed.
