No.61362 of 2023 by which the petitioners were granted anticipatory bail in connection with Barachatti PS Case No. 502 of 2023.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that due to some unavoidable circumstances the petitioners could not surrender in the Court below in time. Learned counsel for the petitioners prays that four weeks' further time be granted to the petitioners to surrender before the Court below in terms of order dated 13.12.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No.61362 of 2023.
