2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for offence under Sections 316(2), 318(4), 338, 336(B), 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. The informant, who is Zonal Legal Manager in Tata Motors, alleged that co-accused Bablu Ray took a truck from the company on loan, but he did not pay the EMI and thereafter, legal notice was sent to him, but he did not pay the loan amount. It is further alleged that when the truck in question was searched through G.P.S., said truck was found at the door of this petitioner with changed chasis number and number plate.
