The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant after four years of marriage for non-fulfillment of dowry demand.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the informant has retracted from his initial version and has filed a petition before the learned court below to the effect that the victim died natural death.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25393 of 2015 (2) dt.13-07-2015 2/2 Let the learned Court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Khijarsarai P.S. Case No. 241 of 2014, pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Gaya.

With the above observation, this application is, accordingly, disposed off.
