The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Supaul P.S. Case No. 22 of 2007 registered under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to land dispute and previous enmity. Further he submits that in the instant case, final form has already been submitted, as contained in Annexure-2 to the bail application. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below
