The petitioner is in custody since 29.08.2017 in connection with Chiksaura P.S. Case No. 48 of 2017 for the offence registered under Sections 363, 366A and 341 of the Indian Penal Code.

Taking into consideration the fact that the victim girl in her statement under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. has categorically stated that she is 18 years of age and has entered into marriage of her own sweet will and has not been kidnapped by the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial
