The instant review application has been filed against the order, dated 21.04.2014, passed in L.P.A. No. 904 of 2013 (Jitu Kumari Vrs. the State of Bihar & Ors.). By the aforesaid order, a Division Bench of this Court had allowed the Appeal filed by the Appellant, Jitu Kumari.

Learned counsel submits that the learned Division Bench did not appropriately consider the provisions with respect to limitation under Rule 18 of the Bihar Panchayat Primary Teachers Niyojan Rule, 2006.

In our view, the ground raised by the petitioner cannot be a ground for review. In the result, the review application is dismissed.

However, it will be open for the petitioner to take the remedies available under the law.
