The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147/148/149/341/342/448/302 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act and 17 of the CLA Act.

It is alleged that on 19.08.2011, several accused persons including the petitioner came variously armed with and made indiscriminate firing for killing the husband of the informant.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that accusation is omnibus and general and investigation has yet not been concluded. A statement has been made in paragraph 3

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15383 of 2015 (4) dt.14-05-2015 2/2 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the nature of accusation, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Let the learned Court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Rajepur P.S. Case No.67 of 2011, pending before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari.

With the above observation, this application is, accordingly, disposed off.
