2. The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing the order 06.10.2017 passed by the learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Patna in G.R. No. 5800 of 2016, Digha P.S. Case No. 230 of 2016 by which cognizance was taken against the petitioners for the offences under Sections 304B/ 120B of the I.P.C.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that this case has become infructuous, accordingly, the same may be disposed of.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this
