1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State along with learned counsel for the victim.

2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. In the nature of allegation as alleged in the FIR, the Court is not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner as three persons are alleged to have been killed by unknown accused persons and the name of the petitioner transpired during the course of investigation and it is also submitted by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the victim that petitioner is a criminal and carries a reward of Rs. 1 Lakh on his head declared by the State Government. 4. Accordingly, the present anticipatory bail stands rejected.
