JUSTICE BIRENDRA PRASAD VERMA ORAL ORDER 29-09-2016 When the matter has been taken up for consideration on merit, a counter affidavit is being filed on behalf of the respondent nos.1 and 2, which is taken on the record. The present writ petition has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for a direction to the respondent authorities for payment of his all post-retiral dues enumerated in paragraph 1 of the writ petition.

In view of the assertions made in the separate counter affidavits filed on behalf of the respondent nos.1 and 2 as also the respondent no.7, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that all the post-retiral dues of the petitioner have been paid. However, a liberty is sought to represent the

Patna High Court CWJC No.7727 of 2016 (2) dt.29-09-2016 authority concerned, if there is any error in the calculation of postretiral dues of the petitioner. In view of the aforesaid submissions that all the postretiral dues of the petitioner have been paid, the present writ petition is disposed of as infructuous.

However, if there is any error in the calculation of the post-retiral dues of the petitioner, he shall be at liberty to approach the competent authority for redressal of his valid grievances. (Birendra Prasad Verma, J) Arvind/- U
