Petitioners jumped out during course of trial and lastly, their appearance has been procured on 16.08.2017. In the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, petitioners, Baleshwar Yadav, Bijendra Yadav, Devendra Yadav and Daya Nand Yadav are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with one surety along with deposit of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each as cash surety in order to have presence of petitioners till conclusion of the trial in connection with Sessions Trial No.453 of 2011/ 93 of 2016 arising out of Ghosi P. S. Case No.60 of 1997

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47856 of 2017 (02) dt.18-10-2017 pending in the Court of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-1st, Jehanabad. In case of default at the end of petitioners at any day, will enable the Court to forfeit the cash surety otherwise after conclusion of the trial, the aforesaid amount will be returned back to the respective petitioners on proper identification.
