The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sheikhpura P.S. Case No. 158 of 2022 registered under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that similarly situated co-accused persons have already been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 04.04.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 70668 of 2022. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18074 of 2023(2) dt.09-05-2023 2/2 bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheikhpura in connection with Sheikhpura P.S.
