The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Mansi P.S. Case No. 277 of 2019 for offences under Sections 25(1-b)a and 37 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The petitioner has been made accused in this case because he has filed a case against Rajesh Choudhary and it is alleged that on investigation Rajesh Choudhary was found innocent and therefore, the case has been filed against the petitioner. Learned counsel further submits that it may be a case under Sections 182 and 211 IPC and not under the Arms Act.

Considering the fact that the petitioners has no

Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the CJM, Khagaria in connection with Mansi P.S. Case No. 277 of 2019, G.R.No.3670 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P. C.
