JUSTICE SUNIL KUMAR PANWAR ORAL ORDER 19-09-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State and perused the case diary The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a) and 41 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. It is a case of recovery of about 3584.880 liters of foreign made liquor from a pick-up van of this petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the anticipatory bail.

After considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the fact that the wine was recovered from the pick-up van of this petitioner, I am not
