JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 02-08-2017 The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 12.07.2016 passed in Cr.Misc.No.27087 of 2016.

By order dated 12.07.2016 the Petitioners were granted anticipatory bail, but due to unforeseen circumstances, the Petitioners could not appear on time.

Considering the same, two weeks further time from the date of receipt of this order is allowed to the Petitioners for surrender in the Court below.

The order is further modified that the bail bond furnished by the petitioners is to the satisfaction of Special Judge, Excise, Gaya in connection with Muffasil P.S. case No.467 of 2015.

Application stands allowed.
