JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 29-03-2023 This application has been filed for modification of order dated 07.12.2022 passed in Cr. APP. (SJ) No. 4702 of 2021 for extension of period of surrender.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that earlier petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by order dated 07.12.2022 passed in Cr. APP. (SJ) No. 4702 of 2021, whereby appellant was directed to surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of order, but the appellant could not surrender within time as he was out of State for earning his livelihood.

In view of the aforesaid fact, four weeks further time from the date of receipt of this order is allowed to the appellant to surrender in the court below.
