1. Learned counsel for the University submits that the order passed by this Court has been complied and the date of promotion of the petitioner has been shifted and all consequential benefits have been paid.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that except D.A., H.R.A., and M.A., other benefits have been paid and the petitioner may be given liberty to pursue the payment of D.A.,

Patna High Court MJC No.755 of 2024(13) dt.21-11-2025 2/2 H.R.A. and M.A. as per law.

3. Considering the aforesaid submission, the present contempt application is disposed with liberty to the petitioner to make claim for the D.A. and H.R.A. and M.A. in accordance with law before the appropriate forum.
