JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 13-05-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Paroo P.S. Case No. 250 of 2021 corresponding to NDPS Case No. 93 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 399, 402, 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code, sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act and sections 20/22 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act.
As per the prosecution case, six accused persons were apprehended and from their possession arms and 5.200 Kg of Ganja were recovered. One of the apprehended accused disclosed the name of this petitioner as the person who fled away after seeing the police.
It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that no incriminating article has been recovered from possession of this

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and period of custody, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Muzaffarpur in connection with Paroo P.S.
