2. Petitioner seeks bail, who is in custody since 06.08.2021, in connection with Sessions Trial No. 55 of 2022 arising out of Sour Bazar P.S. Case No. 394 of 2021, F.I.R. dated 04.08.2021 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 324, 307, 120B, 302, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. The son of the informant is shot dead by the petitioner and fled away.
4. Earlier the bail petition of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 22.08.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 10886 of 2022.

5. Vide order dated 13.03.2024 a report was called for with regard to the stage of the trial. Report dated 30.03.2024 of the learned Trial Court reveals that all the prosecution witnesses have been examined, defence witness also closed on 14.03.2024 and the case is fixed for argument
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the report of the learned Trial Court, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 55 of 2022 arising out of Sour Bazar P.S. Case No. 394 of 2021 pending in the Court of learned Sessions Judge, Saharsa.
7. Prayer is refused.
8. However, the learned Trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same at the earliest. (Rajesh Kumar Verma, J) Ibrar//- U T
