Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)a/26 of Arms Act and Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code. A firearm and cartridges were recovered from possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 02.02.2018. Petitioner is an accused in a case registered for violation of Excise Laws.

Considering the entire facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on completion of nine months of custody on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37794 of 2018 (2) dt.10-07-2018 2/2 amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Buxar (Muffasil) Police Station Case No.27 of 2018, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
