The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 25(1-b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act.

The allegation is that two live cartridges are recovered.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 27.01.2020 and has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. Two live cartridges are said to have been recovered. There is no compliance of Section 100 of Cr.P.C.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14597 of 2020(2) dt.02-03-2020 2/2 petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Danapur, Patna in connection with Danapur P.S. case No.72 of 2020.
