2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Saur Bazar P.S. Case No. 131 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1-A), 25 (1-B), 25(1-AA), 25(1B)A, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

3. The petitioner is said to be running an arms factory. The petitioner is in jail since 04.03.2023.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22310 of 2024(3) dt.28-06-2024 2/2 Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge 3rd, Saharsa in connection with Saur Bazar P.S. Case No. 131 of 2023 with a condition:- (i) The petitioner will also mark attendance in Saur Bazar Police Station on the first Sunday of each month, any default in appearance at the Police Station would be resulted in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner.
