2. The petitioners who apprehend arrest in connection with Mail P.S. Case No. 38 of 2025 lodged on 11.02.2025, for the offences punishable under sections 191(2),191(3), 190, 115(2), 126(2), 118(1), 109, 329(3),351(2), (3), 352 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. As per the prosecution, all the accused persons, in a drunken condition, came to the agricultural field of the informant armed with a rifle and hockey sticks, started abusing and using filthy language, and also fired shots.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the

It is further submitted that the antecedents of the petitioners are not clean, as petitioner no. 1 is an accused in three cases and petitioner no. 2 is an accused in one case. It is also submitted that, for the alleged occurrence dated 05.02.2025, the F.I.R. was lodged on 11.02.2025 with a delay of six days. Learned counsel submits that the present F.I.R. has been instituted on frivolous allegations. It is further submitted that petitioner no. 2 holds a responsible position and could not have been involved in such activities, and that the present case has been lodged only with a view to create pressure upon the petitioners not to construct a PACS godown.

5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that it is true that the F.I.R. has been lodged with a delay of six days.

6. In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above-named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Trial Court within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of 30,000/- ₹ (Rupees Thirty Thousand only) each, as mentioned in Section 2(1)(d) of the Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Aurangabad, in connection
