JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 07-02-2019 Learned counsel for the opposite parties submits that after filing of the present application for initiating contempt, the Petitioner has filed C.W.J.C. No. 3158 of 2015. Learned counsel submits that ultimately the grievance of the petitioner was redressed by the opposite parties. This Court has granted indulgence on 17.1.2019 to the petitioner to assist the court on the point whether direction issued by the writ court was complied with and whether he filed another application which was disposed of.
Unfortunately, even today no one appears on behalf of the petitioner to controvert the statement made on behalf of the opposite parties.
