2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Dumra P.S. Case No. 329 of 2024 registered for offences under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner along with others have cheated a senior citizen of Rs. 37,50,000/- (Rs. Thirty Seven Lakh Fiftey Thousand Only).

4. The learned counsel for the informant has submitted that the land transferred is not in existence.

5. Considering the aforesaid, this court is of the considered opinion that petitioner does not deserve the privilege

6. The application for anticipatory bail is, accordingly, dismissed. However dismissal of the case will not come in the way of settling the dispute between the parties. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Shishir/- U T
