JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 14-05-2015 The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with C.A. No. 1369 of 2012 instituted under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The allegation against the petitioner is demand of dowry and torture to the complainant.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is ready to keep the complainant as his wife with full dignity and honour but the complainant is not ready to stay with the petitioner. It is also submitted that he is ready to deposit an amount of Rs. 2500/- every month in the court below, which

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3711 of 2015 (3) dt.14-05-2015 shall be released in favour of the complainant. On behalf of the State it has been submitted that the petitioner is named in the complaint petition. Considering the fact that the petitioner is ready to deposit an amount of Rs. 2500/- (twenty five hundered) every month in the court below, which shall be released in favour of the complainant, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of five weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Purnia, in connection with C.A.No. 1369/2012 , subject to the conditions as laid down u/s 438(2) Cr.P.C.
