Petitioner is in custody in connection with Spl. Case No. 524 of 2018, arising out of Kursakanta (Kuwari O.P.) P.S. Case No. 90 of 2018 for the offence under section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody in connection with seizure of 16.5 liters of Nepali Umang Wine. He further submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 4.5.2018. Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he has remained in custody more than one and half months, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two
