This application for grant of anticipatory bail arises out of Complaint Case No. 635 of 2015, disclosing offences under Sections 420, and 406 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 138 of the N.I. Act.

Since the present application arises out of a complaint case, the petitioner is directed to appear before the court below and seek regular bail, if so advised. If he does so, his application for regular bail shall be disposed of on the same day in
