The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 341/323/307/504/379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner is full brother of the informant. The petitioner is alleged to have assaulted to the wife of the informant with Khanti. Doctor has found simple injury.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Sigori P.S. Case No.32 of 2016, with condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with
