The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Arwal P. S. Case No. 288 of 2015 registered under Section 419 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 10 of Bihar Conduct Examination Act, 1981.

Regard being had to the fact that Section 419 of the Indian Penal Code is bailable in nature and the maximum punishment prescribed under Section 10 of Bihar Conduct Examination Act, 1981 is imprisonment for six months or Rs.2000/- as fine or both, in the event of arrest or surrender before

No.21267 of 2016 (2) dt.25-05-2016 2/2 the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioners named above are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Arwal in Arwal P. S. Case No. 288 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
