The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Naya Ramnagar P.S. Case No. 9 of 2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is brother-in-law of the deceased Sunita Devi. The deceased was married with Rajesh ten years ago. No specific allegation is made against the petitioner. The police after investigation submitted final form finding the case as error of fact. Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the petitioner is brother-in-law of the deceased, the petitioner above named in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of

Case No. 9 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
