Petitioners are in custody in connection with Special Case No. 4007 of 2018 arising out of Alamganj P.S. Case No. 195 of 2018 for the offence under section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Learned counsel submits that petitioners are in custody since 29.4.2018 in connection with seizure of 180 liters of liquor.
