The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 147/148/149/323/324/307/ 302/120B of the Indian Penal Code.
Submission is that the petitioner is not assailant of the deceased. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner and others of commission of assault to another person.
