JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 18-06-2019 Writ petition has been filed seeking replacement scale of Rs 3050-4590 instead of Rs 1200-1800/- Petitioner is claiming replacement scale of live stock assistant. Counsel for the State relying upon averments made in the counter affidavit submits that grievance of the petitioner has been redressed during the pendency of the instant proceedings. After 6th Pay Revision, scale of the petitioner has been revised in the scale of Rs 3050-4590 with effect from 01.01.1996. It is also submitted in the counter affidavit that pension has already been revised accordingly.
