4. The present application has been filed for restoration of M.A. No. 337 of 2018, which was dismissed for non-prosecution vide order dated 18.01.2024, because the petitioner was not taking steps to remove the defect(s) as pointed out by the office.

5. For the reasons stated in the application, the present application is allowed, restoring M.A. No. 337 of 2018 to its original number and the appellant is directed to remove the defect(s) as pointed out by the office within a period of two weeks.
