1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1.(I) For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of Certiorarl for quashing the appointment letters contained in Memo No.22/32 dated 07.01.2022 and Memo No.22/33 dated 07.01.2022 with respect to respondent no. 9 and 10 respectively
Patna High Court CWJC No.4623 of 2022(2) dt.23-01-2024 2/2 and also for quashing the Enquiry Report vide letter No. 948 dated 19.06.2021 issued by the respondent no.7 and letter dated 06.01.2022 issued by the respondent no.4 by which appointment of respondent no.9 and 10 has been held valid, as selection has been made in contravention of clause -2 (I) (II) (III) (IV) and (V) of Directive issued for appointment of Asha worker.
(II) For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of Mandamus, commanding and directing the respondents to make appointment in view of clause -2 (I) (II) (III) (IV) and (V) of Directive issued for Asha workers and consider for appointment of petitioner as she is one of bonafide candidates."
2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
